Technical Upgrading
C-HOPE Group offers such professional technical upgrade service as production debugging, maintenance, technical diagnosis, equipment upgrade, and spare parts localization etc. for cement corporations. C-HOPE Group is capable of large-scaled or medium-scaled overhauling of cement production line, emergency handling, technical upgrade of old production lines, design instruction and equipment manufacturing as well as technical upgrade of burning system, grinding system to increase output, save energy and lower consumption.

Five Technical Upgrade Methods

Three major system transformations ensure that cement enterprises achieve increased production and reduced consumption
The technical transformation of local equipment solves the fllowing production matters:
  • Burning system ( preheater)
    The system output cannot meet the design requirements or the production space is lmited, resulting in high system rsistance;
    The exhaust gas temperature at C1 outlet is too high, and the dust cllection efet of the cyclone is poor,
    The system has poor heat exchange eficiencyg and high heat consumption;
    Short cruit or phenomenon of cllapsed materials,
    The combustion of coal powder in the decomposition furmnace is incomplete, and there is an inverted phenomenon between the C5 temperature and the decomposition furnace temperature
  • Calcination system (Cooler)
    Taking the core equipment "cooler'" in the cement production line as an example, the cooler in operation in the market The ollowing situations often occur (including the third generation, fourth generation, and fth generation colers);.
    The phenomenon of 'making snowmen'; (Attached with on-site pictures)
    Excessive discharge temperature;
    The transmission device of the third-generation cooling machine is often damaged;
    The "Red River" phenomenon; (Attached with on-site pitures)
    The effect of waste heat power generation is not ideal;
    The effect of waste heat power generation is not ideal;
    Grinding system (cement mil)
  • Grinding system (cement mil)
    Poor squeezing effect of roller press
    Poor grading effect of V-shaped separator
    Insuficient grinding capacity of the mill, high power consumption, and low system output
    Low efficiency of separating of the separator
    The matter of process design
