Characteristics of AICS
The AICS system predicts the changes that will occur through models, and then adjusts in advance to offset these changes, achieving stable operation of the system.
The AICS system has the ability to optimize multivariable system control, which can achieve automatic control at the entire plant level. The operational effect is equivalent to that of medium to high level operators.
Through the AICS system, the labor intensity of operators is reduced, allowing them to focus more on production optimization (such as optimizing the setting of calciner temperature and mill outlet air temperature), thereby maintaining a higher level of operation and making the production line more stable and energy-saving.
