Meng Junjie, Director of Enterprise Development Department and Director of Remote Diagnostics Center Sun Rui attended the meeting, focusing on exchanges and discussions on corporate strategic planning, group informatization planning, EPC engineering informatization, industrial Internet, and smart factory construction.

First of all, Chairman Zhang Yumei gave a brief introduction to our company. C-HOPE Group has launched the ERP system in 2009 and successfully applied it in the enterprise. The enterprise has passed the integration of the two industrialization standards and industrial Internet platform projects. Chairman Zhang also pointed out that enterprises have pain points in informatization construction, hoping to use the experts of the association to improve the informatization level of the group.

Experts conducted in-depth exchanges on the strategic planning, EPC-related business processes, financial management, smart factories, etc. of the C-HOPE Group. They highly affirmed the current industrial design capabilities and project delivery capabilities of the C-HOPE Group, and proposed: Group Information for the digital transformation of the company Integrated planning, step-by-step implementation around strategic overall planning; order-based service model to create platform-based management of collaborative suppliers; establish financial sharing center, IT sharing center, HR sharing center, and integrate procurement approval flow, information flow, logistics, and capital flow , Advise the management on the cockpit etc. At the same time, C-HOPE Group needs to fully learn the application of new technologies, learn the advanced practices of benchmark enterprises, and give play to the advantages of latecomers.

Data application capabilities will bring changes to the ecological environment of industrial enterprises. At the same time, I also put forward some valuable suggestions to our company: in view of the current pressures of rising costs in the domestic cement industry and tight international situations, in the short term, we should build the company's core competitiveness around a 3-5 year strategic plan. In the process of enterprise informatization planning, it is necessary to simplify complex things, follow the route from corporate strategy to informatization planning, and carry out informatization work one by one according to the actual situation of the enterprise.
