On March 6th, following the early 2025 work conference of CHOPE Group, the 2025 work plan meeting of Nanjing CHOPE International Engineering Co., Ltd. was successfully held in the multifunctional hall on the 27th floor. Leaders including Zhang Daolv, President of CHOPE Group and Chairman of CHOPE International Company, Wang Jingtao, President of CHOPE International, Huang Jingguo, Executive Vice President, Liu Jianhua, and all employees in the company attended the meeting, which was chaired by Chen Yu, Assistant to the President.
Firstly, President Wang Jingtao presented the "2025 Work Plan Report" to the conference, clarifying the overall business goals of the company in 2025, including new contract amount, sales revenue, and profit. He also summarized the gains and losses of 2024 from four aspects: marketing, project execution, sustainable development, and comprehensive enterprise management. He provided detailed deployment and explanation of the 2025 work plan and goals, and put forward specific requirements.
In 2025, the main leaders will focus on strengthening market development work, adhering to the "deep cultivation" of the Vietnamese market, increasing marketing and promotion efforts, improving bid responsiveness and price competitiveness, encouraging external cooperation, expanding information channels, and enhancing the construction of market team talents and incentive guarantees.Fully complete the implementation work of the second line general contracting projects in Vietnam's Huanglong Heping, Vietnam's Lianxi, and Uzbekistan's Yashili. Use project meetings as a communication platform and project managers as the core to strengthen design feedback optimization, improve project budget management and project debugging organizational structure, and collaborate and cooperate.Continuously apply and optimize new technologies such as cement pre-grinding system and second-generation firing system to build the core competitiveness of the enterprise's technology. In addition, arrangements have been made in areas such as intelligent construction, corporate culture development, talent management, and localized operations.
Afterwards, Chairman Zhang Daolv and President Wang Jingtao respectively announced the "CHOPE International Senior Management Work Division Decision" and the "CHOPE International Middle Level Principal and Deputy Appointment Decision", and held the signing ceremony of the 2025 target responsibility letter. President Wang Jingtao signed the target responsibility letter with the executive team, responsible executives, and department heads.
Afterwards, Chairman Zhang Daolv delivered an important speech. Firstly, he fully affirmed the development achievements of CHOPE International in 2024, achieving breakthroughs in technological progress and key project execution. In 2025, CHOPE International will face new challenges, concentrate resources and strength, exert the spirit of targeting, conscientiously grasp market work, continue the Vietnamese market, and explore new market opportunities.In terms of project execution, it is necessary to control the core risk points and achieve the execution nodes of key projects with a high sense of urgency and responsibility; We must vigorously promote the spirit of collaboration, strive for excellence in management, and work together to achieve the work goals by 2025!
In the afternoon, the attendees were divided into four discussion groups: "Market Development, Project Management, Technological Progress, and Enterprise Management". They had a thorough discussion around the Chairman's speech and the CEO's report, and the discussion content was summarized by the moderators of each group. They spoke in conjunction with the key work and specific measures for 2025, unified their thinking, and pointed out the direction.
After the meeting, all employees of the company held a dinner party, and the work conference at the beginning of the year ended successfully in a positive and progressive atmosphere.
