On the afternoon of July 25th, the mid-year work summary and the second half of the year work plan meeting of CHOPE International in 2025 was held in the multi-function hall of the group headquarters. President Wang Jingtao, Executive Vice President Huang Jingguo, Liu Jianhua, and other leaders, as well as all employees from various departments in Nanjing, attended the meeting, which was presided over by President Assistant Chen Yu.

2025 is a pivotal year for CHOPE’s development, with significant pressure on market expansion and project execution. During the meeting, many company leaders and employees were still working on the front lines of the market and projects, unable to attend the meeting. CHOPE extends its gratitude and high respect to them.

President Wang Jingtao presented the "Mid-Year Work Report of Nanjing CHOPE International Engineering Co., Ltd. for 2025" to the meeting, comprehensively summarizing the gains and losses of the first half of the year from three aspects: marketing, project execution, sustainable development, and comprehensive enterprise management. This report further unified thinking, boosted morale, and clarified the direction for key work in the rest of 2025.

In the first half of 2025, with the support of various departments and the participation of Chairman Zhang Daolv and key leaders of CHOPE, the marketing team made significant efforts to achieve market breakthroughs. They focused on promoting bidding and negotiations in regions such as Vietnam, Turkey, Tanzania, and Nigeria, and were deeply involved in multiple projects in the non-cement sector domestically. They achieved phased results amidst a severe market situation, laying a foundation for the entire year's work.

In terms of project execution, five general contracting projects including Vietnam Hoang Long, Vietnam Xuan Thanh Third Line Grinding Station, Vietnam Bach Dang, Bangladesh's CCCL, and Uzbekistan's Yashil Second Line are progressing simultaneously. Due to tight schedules, high design and delivery pressures, each executing department has demonstrated a spirit of hard work and dedication, ensuring that the projects proceed as planned. In the second half of 2025, multiple projects will enter the debugging stage. CHOPE will continue to adhere to the project manager responsibility system, strengthen process control, strictly control quality, respond to owner needs in a timely manner, continuously improve on-site service level, and take customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal.

The technical team has optimized the technology and equipment of the pre grinding system and firing system based on feedback from the practice of second-generation cement technology, gradually forming an 8000t/d cement production line solution with independent intellectual property rights. The comprehensive management department focused on cost reduction and efficiency improvement, communication and collaboration, and carried out work according to the plan at the beginning of 2025, with progress meeting expectations.

President Wang pointed out that the work in the first half of 2025 was very difficult, and all employees were able to "take into account the overall situation and understand the general situation", achieving the phased business targets. Faced with a severe and complex market and economic environment, all colleagues at CHOPE International need to focus on their careers, work hard, firmly believe that hard work pays off, and work together to achieve annual goals.
