Research, Development and Design (RDD)
Guangxi C-HOPE Engineering Design Co., Ltd. and Nanjing C-HOPE Cement Equipment Research, Development and Design, two of C-HOPE Group’s subsidiaries consisting of process department, equipment department and control department, are devoted to exploit and develop new process, new technology and new equipment with their own intellectual property.
C-HOPE’s RDD team, which is specialized in 18 specialties, including general layout, process, equipment, structure, construction, electrical engineering, automation, water, HVAC, power generation and environmental engineering etc., has achieved over 100 research and innovation accomplishments and won over 10 national, provincial and ministerial level awards. Besides, RDD team has obtained over 100 national patents including 20 invention patents, and participated in the creation of 2 national standards and 1 industry standard.
In the process of research, development and design, C-HOPE keeps optimizing design plans and customizes its products adopting its latest innovation results as per different projects and owner’s requirements, ensuring the optimal combination of equipment performance, project quality, progress and investment cost.

After a project is completed, C-HOPE will assign a team of professional technicians and managements to carry out production debugging to reach quality and output requirements as well as the designed requirements of energy consumption within the shortest period. During debugging, important operating data of equipment are to be recorded for the optimization of operating parameters. C-HOPE also makes improvement proposal for partial section process to optimize production, assist the owner to create production management policy and rules and regulations of equipment operation, maintenance etc., and provide training as agreed.

C-HOPE has developed cement equipment remote diagnosis system software which collects the operating data of core equipment such as mills and coolers, organizes and analyses those data and afterward provide customers with such technical services as remote monitoring, operation management, equipment fault warning and maintenance planning, output management. So far, this system has been applied in many projects, enabling owners to monitor project operation with their mobile phones, enjoying remote extension services.
