With a complete cement engineering industry chain, the Company, a cement engineering group, is capable of controlling the whole process of integrated operation from engineering consultation & design, equipment research & development, equipment manufacture, complete equipment supply, civil works, equipment installation, production management to technical service.
The Company possesses subsidiaries including Engineering & Equipment Design Company, Heavy Machinery Manufacture Company, Engineering Installation Company, Technical Srvice Company and Environmental Protection Technology Company, which ensures the foundation which ensures the Company to carry out EPC projects. Through 15-year effort, after having completed more than a hundred engineering projects both domestic and overseas, the Company has improved its ability to carry out EPC projects, making itself an international integrated cement engineering service provider.

Research, Development and Design (RDD)

Guangxi C-HOPE Engineering Design Co., Ltd. and Nanjing C-HOPE Cement Equipment Research, Development and Design, two of C-HOPE Group’s subsidiaries consisting of process department, equipment department and control department, are devoted to exploit and develop new process, new technology and new equipment with their own intellectual property.
C-HOPE’s RDD team, which is specialized in 18 specialties, including general layout, process, equipment, structure, construction, electrical engineering, automation, water, HVAC, power generation and environmental engineering etc., has achieved over 100 research and innovation accomplishments and won over 10 national, provincial and ministerial level awards. Besides, RDD team has obtained over 100 national patents including 20 invention patents, and participated in the creation of 2 national standards and 1 industry standard.
In the process of research, development and design, C-HOPE keeps optimizing design plans and customizes its products adopting its latest innovation results as per different projects and owner’s requirements, ensuring the optimal combination of equipment performance, project quality, progress and investment cost.

Equipment Manufacturing

Located in Nanjing Lishui Economic Development Zone, the Manufacturing Base of C-HOPE possesses an area of 202 mu (1 mu = 667 m²), with workshops occupying 30,000 m²equipped with 150 mm large CNC plasma cutting machines, 120 mm rolling machines, Φ7×24 m lathes, 8×8×18 m furnace for the fabrication and machining of such heavy equipment as rotary kiln, tube mill, vertical mill etc. With manpower over 450 employees, the output can reach 30,000 tons per year.
The Manufacturing Base has obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and GBT 24001 certification of quality, environment and occupational health management. Over a decade of years, it has been fabricating the products with high quality for over 100 international customers such as Lafarge from France and ThyssenKrupp from Germany etc. Its management and quality has been recognized worldwide.

C-HOPE team is consisting of technicians with rich experience in electric, mechanical, civil works etc., administrative staff specialized in contract management, risk control, scheduling, logistics, resources management, financial management etc. and operators such as crane operators, welders etc. C-HOPE possesses such business qualifications for overseas project contracting, mechanical and electric equipment installation, environmental protection projects etc.
C-HOPE focuses on modern management, and makes continuous improvements in modernization and scientization. ISO 9001 QMS, SO 14001 EMS and GB/T 28001 OHSMS certifications have been obtained by C-HOPE one by one. Production Debugging

After a project is completed, C-HOPE will assign a team of professional technicians and managements to carry out production debugging to reach quality and output requirements as well as the designed requirements of energy consumption within the shortest period. During debugging, important operating data of equipment are to be recorded for the optimization of operating parameters. C-HOPE also makes improvement proposal for partial section process to optimize production, assist the owner to create production management policy and rules and regulations of equipment operation, maintenance etc., and provide training as agreed.

Remote Diagnosis

C-HOPE has developed cement equipment remote diagnosis system software which collects the operating data of core equipment such as mills and coolers, organizes and analyses those data and afterward provide customers with such technical services as remote monitoring, operation management, equipment fault warning and maintenance planning, output management. So far, this system has been applied in many projects, enabling owners to monitor project operation with their mobile phones, enjoying remote extension services.
